We understand that ordering a dress for a special occasion is of utmost importance to you, and our cancellation policy is designed with this in mind. It's crucial to note that many of our dresses and some accessories are made to order, and once the production process starts, the materials cannot be reused. However, there's good news: after placing your order, you still have a window to change your mind.

Attention: All returns must be preceded by contacting our service first! Self - returned packages will not be accepted.
If you encounter any issues with your dress, please contact our service within 2 days (starting from the date you receive the item). Then, you must send it back within 14 days using the same delivery company we used to ship your dress.
Before sending the products back to the designated return address (which will be provided to you via email), customers are required to contact our customer support first. A refund will be processed upon receiving the returned package.
Please be aware that color aberration may occur due to differences in PC monitor settings and lighting conditions. Therefore, color aberration is not considered a quality problem.
A quality problem is defined as obvious quality defects or failure to meet the customer's customization requirements, such as significant size deviation from the original size criteria.
We do not accept return requests for issues not caused by us. For example, if a customer simply doesn't like the dress without any quality issues or selects the wrong size while we have produced the item correctly, we cannot accommodate the return.

Due to the uniqueness of custom - made products (products with the "Tailoring Time" option on the product page), we can offer a revision service based on your requirements. However, returns or exchanges for custom - made dresses are not accepted.
We are not responsible for order delays caused by your late remittance.

Upon receiving your package, it is advisable to check the dress or clothing immediately to ensure it meets the specified requirements. Try on the dress upon receipt without removing the tags or making any alterations. If you are considering a return, avoid washing the item.
When returning the dress, ensure it is in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair, and with tags intact and attached. Defective, damaged, or mis - shipped items are eligible for a refund. When requesting a refund, be prepared to provide clear photographs to Customer Service, showing the problems with the item. If you believe your item was damaged during shipping, also provide photos of the damaged packaging and "Proof of Damage" documentation from your delivery carrier to facilitate the refund process.
Since all of our dresses and clothing are hand - sewn and custom - tailored, the finished gowns may have a measurement variance of approximately one inch in either direction from the specified measurements. To ensure a perfect fit, our tailors have added extra fabric in the seams of our dresses, allowing for minor size modifications.
If your item's size differs from the order specifications by more than one inch, we recommend finding a local tailor to make adjustments. We will gladly reimburse you a certain amount as a tailoring fee. If you choose this option, remember to obtain a receipt from your tailor, as a copy must be provided when requesting reimbursement. We encourage customers to keep the dresses if the issue is minor. For those who have their dresses altered locally, we will refund a certain amount as an alteration fee. Additionally, we are not responsible for return shipping fees.
When shipping the dress back, please mark the price as $5 - 10, as the dress has no value to you at that point. Also, use the same delivery company we used for the original shipment.
